Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

What we store, and why — in plain language. We keep cookies to a minimum: your choices, and the brand you try on.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how NewBrand uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a site can store on your device. “Local storage” is a similar mechanism your browser provides. Both let a site remember information between visits — for example, a preference you set or a choice you’ve already made.

3. What we use, and why

We keep this deliberately minimal. Today we use:

  • Strictly necessary — a consent flag that remembers your cookie choice, so we don’t ask again on every page.
  • Preferences — if you accept, we store the brand name and color you try on the site (in your browser’s local storage) so your experience stays consistent. This stays on your device.
  • We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own.

4. Third-party services

Some features are provided by trusted partners and may set their own cookies on their own domains when you use them. In particular, our chat assistant is hosted by Vimmi and loaded in an embedded frame; when you open it, it may set cookies needed to run the conversation. If we add analytics or other third-party tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Managing your choices

You control this. When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept or Decline. If you decline, we remove any brand preferences we had stored. You can also clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies entirely — though some features may then work less smoothly.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
